  3. Add sliced zucchini and red bell pepper, along with minced garlic. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, letting vegetables soften while retaining crunch.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then add orzo. Mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
