Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and cut 3 cups of seedless watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Slice 1 ¼ cups of ripe peaches and thinly slice ¼ cup of red onion. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Tear ½ cup of fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them into the bowl. Gently toss the ingredients together until evenly distributed.
