Method
 

Steps
  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes until opaque.
  3. Lower heat, add butter, lime zest, lime juice, and honey. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. In a bowl, mix cabbage, reserved cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and combine.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
  6. Assemble tacos by adding slaw, shrimp, and avocado to each tortilla.
