  • 2 packs Ramen noodles fresh or packaged
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil for tossing noodles
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chili oil for drizzling
  • Optional: soft-boiled egg, sesame seeds, shredded nori for topping

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil if needed, then add the marinated chicken thighs. Sear for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Broth: Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add milk, cream, soy sauce, and miso, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Season to taste.
  4. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Boil water in a separate pot, add ramen noodles, and cook according to package instructions (3-4 minutes for fresh, 5-7 minutes for dried). Drain and toss with sesame oil.
  5. Assemble Your Ramen Bowls: Divide noodles into bowls, pour broth over, top with chicken, green onions, and drizzle with chili oil. Add optional toppings if desired. Serve hot.
