- Start by washing your medium cucumbers thoroughly to remove any dirt. If you prefer, partially peel them to reduce bitterness before cutting them into chunks. Aim for roughly 1-inch pieces for easy blending.
- In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers with ½ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 tablespoons of agave syrup, and 4 cups of cold water. Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until it's completely smooth.
- If you prefer a silkier texture, place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer, using a spatula to press down and extract all the liquid.
- Once you have strained the mixture (if desired), pour the Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca into a pitcher. Serve immediately over ice and garnish with thin cucumber slices or fresh mint leaves.
