  • 1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 avocado Cubed Avocado
  • ¼ cup Torn Fresh Mint or Basil Leaves
  • 1 optional Thinly Sliced Jalapeño or Serrano Pepper for spice

Preparation

  3. Drizzle half of the dressing over the salad, then top with crumbled feta, cubed avocado, and fresh herbs. Optionally add sliced peppers.
  4. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad, season with additional salt, and gently toss to combine without mashing the ingredients.
