Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach until even.
  4. Flatten the meat mixture onto parchment paper, spread the cheesy filling, and roll tightly. Seal the edges.
  5. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. During the last 10 minutes of baking, add marinara sauce on top and return to the oven.
  8. Once baking is complete, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
