Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach until even.
- Flatten the meat mixture onto parchment paper, spread the cheesy filling, and roll tightly. Seal the edges.
- Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, add marinara sauce on top and return to the oven.
- Once baking is complete, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
