  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, scallions, garlic, smoked paprika, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix gently until well incorporated, avoiding overmixing.
  2. With wet hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a plate or baking sheet.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add meatballs to the hot skillet in a single layer, cooking for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden-brown and cooked through.
