  2. Add the chicken tenders into the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each tender is thoroughly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
  4. Remove the marinated chicken tenders from the fridge and place them on the preheated grill or in a baking dish. Cook for approximately 20–25 minutes.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced kalamata olives to the grill or baking dish in the last few minutes.
  6. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
