  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper freshly cracked
For the Tacos
  • 8 pieces Soft corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the juice and zest of two fresh limes, honey, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the honey is fully dissolved. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are coated evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the tacos with sliced grilled chicken, avocado, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
  6. Serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
