Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing your tender brisket into thin, even pieces, ideally around ¼ inch thick.
  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Immerse one rice paper wrapper for 10 to 15 seconds, then lay it flat on a damp kitchen towel.
  3. On the lower third of the softened rice paper, arrange a few slices of brisket, cucumbers, carrots, and bean sprouts. Add fresh herbs.
  4. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it tightly upwards from the bottom.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling, and arrange them on a serving plate.
  6. Prepare a selection of your favorite dipping sauces, serve the rolls on a platter with sauces around for easy dipping.
