- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into 1 to 1.5-inch balls. Place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While baking, prepare the sweet chili sauce by whisking together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes to taste.
- Once baked, combine the meatballs with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
