Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into 1 to 1.5-inch balls. Place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While baking, prepare the sweet chili sauce by whisking together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes to taste.
  6. Once baked, combine the meatballs with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
