- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the grape jelly and barbecue sauce until smooth.
- Once baked, transfer the meatballs to a mixing bowl and coat with the warm grape jelly sauce.
- Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
