Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp Avocado Crostini
  1. Slice the baguette into uniform pieces, each about half an inch thick, and lay on a baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Brush each baguette slice lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake the baguette slices for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Heat remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  7. Mash avocados in a bowl, mix in lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
