For the Feta Sauce
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 8 ounces Crumbled spicy feta cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes adjust according to taste
For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces Fettuccine or penne pasta

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place them in the baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is baking, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions for al dente texture, reserving some cooking water.
  4. In a blender, combine spicy feta cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Slice the chicken, toss the drained pasta with the feta sauce, and gently fold in the chicken. Serve immediately, garnished with additional red pepper flakes if desired.
