- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place them in the baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions for al dente texture, reserving some cooking water.
- In a blender, combine spicy feta cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Slice the chicken, toss the drained pasta with the feta sauce, and gently fold in the chicken. Serve immediately, garnished with additional red pepper flakes if desired.
