Method
 

Baking Instructions

  6. Fold in the diced apple and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  10. For the glaze, melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, then stir in milk and powdered sugar.
  11. Drizzle the warm glaze over cooled cookies and sprinkle with extra apple and toffee bits.
