For the Crescent Rolls
  • 1 can Refrigerated Crescent Dough
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional
For the Dipping Sauce
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in salt and black pepper.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture until it melts. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Unroll the refrigerated crescent dough and cut into 8 triangles.
  5. On each triangle, place a pickle slice and a spoonful of the meat mixture. Fold the dough corners to enclose the filling.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Combine ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard for the dipping sauce.
  9. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.
