Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the sweet chili sauce.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the chicken and sauce mixture, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Roll out your pre-made pizza crust to about ¼ inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Carefully place the rolled-out pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil.
  7. Evenly distribute the sweet chili garlic chicken mixture over the crust.
  8. Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
  9. Layer the sliced red bell pepper over the cheese if desired.
  10. Transfer the pizza into the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  11. Once baked, let the pizza cool for about 5–10 minutes before serving.
  12. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the pizza and slice into pieces.
