  1. Prepare the mango puree by peeling and dicing ripe mangoes. Blend until smooth, yielding about 1 cup.
  2. Make the marinade by combining mango puree, finely chopped habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Marinate the wings by placing them in a large bowl or resealable bag, pouring the marinade over them, and allowing them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, placing a wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Prepare additional sauce if desired by reserving some marinade, simmering it for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  8. Coat the baked wings in the remaining sauce and toss gently.
