Method
 

Instructions
  1. Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a mixing bowl or a blender.
  2. Finely chop 1 to 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and add them to the mayonnaise.
  3. Mince or grate 1 clove of garlic and add it to the mixture.
  4. Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and taste to adjust if needed.
  6. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  7. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
