- Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a mixing bowl or a blender.
- Finely chop 1 to 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and add them to the mayonnaise.
- Mince or grate 1 clove of garlic and add it to the mixture.
- Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
- Add a pinch of salt and taste to adjust if needed.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
