Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the frozen vegetable mix and cooked turkey. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle ¼ cup of flour over the mixture, then pour in 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Pour the turkey filling into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread evenly.
