Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove pie weights and bake for another 7-10 minutes until golden.
- Mix together ¾ cup of strawberry jam and 1 cup of vanilla pudding until smooth. Optionally add chopped fresh strawberries.
- Fill the cooled crust with the strawberry and vanilla mixture, then cover and chill for 30-40 minutes.
- Spread 1 ½ cups of whipped topping over the filling and pipe for decoration if desired.
- Whisk 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk together to create a glaze, then drizzle it over the whipped topping.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles over the pie, adding a playful touch.
- Chill the finished pie in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
