  • ¾ cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding instant or homemade
  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries optional
For the Topping
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar mixed with milk for glaze
  • 1 tablespoon milk for glaze consistency
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles for decoration

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove pie weights and bake for another 7-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Mix together ¾ cup of strawberry jam and 1 cup of vanilla pudding until smooth. Optionally add chopped fresh strawberries.
  4. Fill the cooled crust with the strawberry and vanilla mixture, then cover and chill for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Spread 1 ½ cups of whipped topping over the filling and pipe for decoration if desired.
  6. Whisk 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk together to create a glaze, then drizzle it over the whipped topping.
  7. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles over the pie, adding a playful touch.
  8. Chill the finished pie in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
