- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat at about 375°F. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill or skillet and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Cook the thick-cut crispy bacon over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Mash 2 ripe avocados in a bowl and stir in ½ cup of ranch dressing until smooth.
