Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks, add Cajun seasoning, olive oil, and salt; let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Preheat oven to 400°F, slice Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil and salt, roast for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Sear the Chicken: Heat skillet, add marinated chicken, sear for 4-5 minutes each side, drizzle hot honey during last minute.
  4. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook rotini pasta until al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  5. Make the Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream and simmer, mix in feta and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Season the Sauce: Stir in basil, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Combine the Pasta and Sauce: Toss pasta in sauce, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Serve and Garnish: Plate pasta with chicken and Brussels chips, garnish with basil or feta.
