  3. Sear the Chicken: Heat a skillet, add olive oil, and cook chicken bites for 3–4 minutes per side until golden-brown and fully cooked.
  4. Add Garlic and Butter: Lower heat, add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt butter, add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  6. Create the Creamy Base: Add heavy cream to the saucepan, let it simmer, then mix in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickened (3–5 minutes).
  7. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss drained pasta with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
