  2. Drain and Rinse the Pearls: Drain the cooked pearls in a fine-mesh sieve and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and remove excess starch.
  3. Prepare the Coconut Milk: Warm 1 can of full-fat coconut milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt over low heat for about 2 minutes; cool to room temperature.
  4. Chill the Coconut Milk Mixture: Transfer the cooled coconut milk to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Combine Tapioca Pearls and Coconut Milk: In a large bowl, combine the chilled coconut milk and the tapioca pearls, stirring gently.
