- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook 8 ounces of pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add 1 cup of fresh corn kernels to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
