Method
 

Steps
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook Bacon over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low, add minced Garlic, and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in Heavy Cream, stirring to combine. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Add drained Pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Gradually stir in reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
  6. Sprinkle in Parmesan Cheese, stirring until melted. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnishing with extra Parmesan and fresh Spinach if desired.
