Steps
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, cook Bacon over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
- Lower heat to medium-low, add minced Garlic, and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Pour in Heavy Cream, stirring to combine. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add drained Pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Gradually stir in reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
- Sprinkle in Parmesan Cheese, stirring until melted. Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Serve hot, garnishing with extra Parmesan and fresh Spinach if desired.
