For the Sliders
  • 4 buns Slider Buns mini brioche or Hawaiian
  • to taste Additional Toppings cheese, sautéed onions, arugula, or pickles

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make Cowboy Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic, parsley, mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prep the Steak: Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit while heating the skillet.
  3. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Let rest for 5-10 minutes and slice thinly.
  4. Toast the Buns: In the same skillet, toast slider buns cut side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Assemble Sliders: Layer sliced steak on the bottom buns, top with cowboy butter and chosen toppings, then add the top buns.
