- Prepare the mandarins by gently peeling them and laying them on a clean kitchen towel to dry.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl, using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each mandarin segment into the chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
- Set the dipped mandarins on parchment paper on a baking tray, leaving space in between.
