Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on each tortilla, then add shredded chicken and cheese.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly, tuck in the sides, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
