Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by placing the cream cheese in a small mixing bowl. Blend it until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Take one slice of brioche bread and spread the creamy, softened cream cheese over it. Spoon the strawberry jam onto the cream cheese layer and top with the second slice of brioche.
- Spread softened butter evenly on the outer sides of both brioche slices.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes. Place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook the sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Once both sides are toasted, remove the sandwich and let it rest for about 1 minute. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
- Dust a light sprinkle of powdered sugar on top of the sandwich if desired.
