Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing the cream cheese in a small mixing bowl. Blend it until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Take one slice of brioche bread and spread the creamy, softened cream cheese over it. Spoon the strawberry jam onto the cream cheese layer and top with the second slice of brioche.
  3. Spread softened butter evenly on the outer sides of both brioche slices.
