Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely minced onion and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until translucent.

- Reduce heat to low, cover skillet, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook 8 ounces of pasta or rice until al dente, then stir into the sauce.
- Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and mild paprika, alongside crusty bread.
