Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin for 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Sauté diced bell peppers in the same skillet for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  6. Assemble the power bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and sautéed bell peppers.
  7. Top with Greek yogurt and cilantro for garnish.
