Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wide skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add 1 lb of cubed chicken breast, season with salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of chopped red onion, ½ cup chopped green bell pepper, and 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
