- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir well until creamy.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Place a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the marinara sauce.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ravioli layer.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce followed by another layer of ravioli and spoon the remaining cheese mixture over the ravioli.
- Pour the rest of the marinara sauce on top of the final layer of cheese mixture and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
