- Preheat your oven to high broil at around 500°F (260°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the thawed salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet pan, making sure they have enough space between them.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Generously apply half of the marinade over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
- In the same bowl, add chopped red bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and broccoli florets to the remaining marinade and toss well.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and broil for 10-14 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and flakes easily.
