Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to high broil at around 500°F (260°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the thawed salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet pan, making sure they have enough space between them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Generously apply half of the marinade over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
  5. In the same bowl, add chopped red bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and broccoli florets to the remaining marinade and toss well.
  6. Place the sheet pan in the oven and broil for 10-14 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and flakes easily.
