  • 4 pieces Whole Grain Tortillas
For the Creamy Mixture
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • 12 slices Deli Turkey Meat low-sodium recommended
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread half of the creamy mixture onto each tortilla, leaving an inch of space around the edges.
  3. Layer ½ cup of fresh spinach followed by 3 slices of deli turkey on each tortilla.
  4. Carefully and tightly roll each tortilla from one end to the other.
  5. Wrap each roll up tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
