  • 1 cup Papaya Chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Mango, ripe juicy and flavorful
For the Superfoods
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds can be replaced with flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds packed with protein
  • 2 tablespoons Goji Berries optional, can be replaced with raisins
For the Toppings
  • ¼ cup Granola choose a nut-free variety
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Coconut unsweetened for a healthier option

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the frozen bananas and pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl, scraping down the sides to get all of it.
  3. Wash and dice the papaya and mango into bite-sized chunks and arrange them.
  4. Top the smoothie bowl with diced papaya, mango, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, granola, and grated coconut.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors and colors.
