Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Place two discs on the skillet and press down to smash the patties.
  3. Flip and Cheese: Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip each patty, and place 1-2 slices of American cheese on top.
  4. Repeat Cooking: Remove patties and repeat with the remaining beef discs, adding butter as needed.
  5. Prepare the Quesadilla: Clean the skillet, add another tablespoon of butter, and lay one tortilla in the skillet with two cheesy beef patties.
  6. Add Pickles and Fold: Scatter dill pickles on top, fold the tortilla over, and press down gently.
