Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to high broil at around 500°F (260°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the parchment-lined sheet pan, spaced out evenly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  4. Brush half of the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.
  5. Toss chopped vegetables with the remaining seasoning mixture in the mixing bowl, then spread around the salmon.
  6. Broil the pan in the oven for 10-14 minutes until the salmon is done and veggies are tender.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve.
