  • 1 tablespoon Optional Sweetener honey or maple syrup to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions for Plum Smoothie
  1. Start by washing the fresh plums under cool water, cut them in half, remove the pits, and chop into pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the chopped plums along with yogurt, pour in milk alternative, and blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle in LSA or preferred substitution and blend again for 15-20 seconds until well combined.
  4. Taste and add a sweetener if desired, then blend for a few more seconds to mix.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor.
