Step-by-Step Instructions for Gluten-Free Stuffing
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter or heat olive oil until shimmering. Add the finely chopped onion and chopped celery, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
- Cut gluten-free bread into bite-sized cubes. Spread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes with sautéed onion and celery. Add ¼ cup of parsley, 1 tablespoon each of sage, rosemary, and thyme. Gradually pour in vegetable broth, mixing until moist but not saturated.
- Transfer the stuffing mixture into the greased baking dish, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to achieve a crispy top.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly for about 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes
For best results, use sturdy gluten-free bread and fresh herbs. Avoid over-saturating the bread with broth.
