Step-by-Step Instructions for Gluten-Free Stuffing
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter or heat olive oil until shimmering. Add the finely chopped onion and chopped celery, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cut gluten-free bread into bite-sized cubes. Spread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes with sautéed onion and celery. Add ¼ cup of parsley, 1 tablespoon each of sage, rosemary, and thyme. Gradually pour in vegetable broth, mixing until moist but not saturated.
