Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds sprinkle on top

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine minced ginger, minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Whisk until fully blended.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Add to the marinade, ensuring they're thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or up to overnight.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto each skewer.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C) for about 10 minutes.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm with lime wedges.
