Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Once bubbling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

- Pat 4 salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Generously season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.

- In a large skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.

- Carefully add the seasoned salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

- Gently flip the fillets over and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is opaque.

- Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour the balsamic glaze over the fillets. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

- Transfer the glazed salmon to a serving platter and let it rest for a few minutes.

- Drizzle any remaining balsamic glaze over the salmon and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top.

Notes
Using fresh ingredients enhances flavor. Allow the glaze to thicken for the best coating consistency. Letting the salmon rest before serving ensures moistness.
