- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats and cinnamon together.
- Fold the chopped apples into the peanut butter and honey mixture.
- Gradually add the dry oat and cinnamon mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans and dried cranberries or raisins.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
